stellar stay!

smooth process central location
Ally at the front desk shined. She settled us in quickly (i mean, lightening fast!) and handled everything so smoothly. the central location was a game-changer. Popping into town was effortless, and getting to the motorway was super easy.
The bathroom heating was a bit off. It didn't quite keep the space warm enough, especially the floor, freezing.
Facilities
9/10
Parking was available at both the front and rear of the hotel. This made coming and going simple. easy access to attractions in the area was a plus, and transportation was never an issue .
Service
10/10
Kerry offered very helpful service upon arrival. She provided clear directions and answered all questions. i got help with luggage and directions. The staff seemed ready to assist with any needs.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast offered a very good selection and was cooked to order. It included options like eggs, bacon, cereal, and toast. a awesome breakfast was available at a very good price each morning (a great way to start the day).
Rooms
8/10
The room i booked was a good size and set up well for the time we were there. it had a comfortable bed with a choice between hard and softer pillows. It also had hot water in the shower. it was quite neat and very functional.

Central Location and Helpful Staff!

convenient location sufficient restaurant free parking
I found the location quite convenient, only a short distance from the shopping area. Sufficient restaurants exist within walking distance, which I used. Free parking is available behind the hotel. This was a great bonus! The staff was very friendly and helpful, a real plus.
I found the room was not well ventilated enough. Some black spots resembling mold were present on the toilet and walls in the bathroom. The water took a long time to become hot in the shower. I expected better for the price of the room.
Facilities
9/10
The accommodation offers complimentary on-site parking, this is particularly useful with vehicles. The hotel also provides free internet access throughout the building, a valuable service for staying connected. A cooked-to-order English breakfast is available, and this offers a satisfying start to the day.
Location
9/10
The location is convenient, near the town centre and its many amenities. Access to the motorway is easy, simplifying travel to and from the area. The hotel is just a short walk from key attractions, saving time and effort on transportation.
Service
10/10
The manager was helpful, she provided great service. The staff let me leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out. The staff was very kind and assisted me. .!!
